You are solely responsible for ensuring the absolute honesty and accuracy of all material disclosures, asset valuations, and liability details submitted during quote queries. Inaccurate statements can invalidate coverage contracts under Section 45 of the Insurance Act.
4. Underwriting and Exclusions
Policy terms, premium values, exclusions, and claim approvals are decided solely by the underwriting companies, not the broker. Our comparisons are advisory and we stand as advocates, but final decisions remain with the carriers.
5. Website Content Limitations
